Everything about how vex.rip actually works: payments, delivery, refunds, and what to do when something goes wrong. Read the section you need.
01How it works
vex.rip is an independent reseller. We resell license keys generated by third-party software providers (klar.gg, calamari.lol, rebooted.lol). We do not develop the software itself and we do not host it. When you buy, you're buying the key.
The flow is short:
- Pick a product and a duration, hit Buy.
- Enter your email. This is where the key will land.
- Get bounced to PayPal, approve the amount, come back.
- The moment the capture clears, we email you the key from
[email protected]. - Paste the key into your provider's dashboard exactly as shown. Case matters.
02Payment
All payments run through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account. PayPal lets you check out with a credit or debit card as a guest, and we never touch your card details.
Prices on the site are in USD. PayPal converts to your local currency at checkout.
03Delivery
Once PayPal fires the PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED webhook, our system pulls a key from that product's pool and sends it to your inbox. This usually takes under a minute.
The delivery email:
- Comes from [email protected]. Add that to your safe-senders list.
- Contains your key, the order id, and the product / duration you bought.
- Sometimes lands in Spam or Promotions on the first buy from us. Check both.
04Refunds
License keys are a digital, single-use good. Once a key is emailed and it is a valid, unused key, the sale is final.
We will refund in full if any of the following is true:
- Your key never arrived, wasn't recoverable via resend, and stayed missing after we investigated.
- The key you received was invalid or already redeemed on the provider's side.
- The provider's software stopped working during the covered period and there is no fix in sight. Exception: if the product was marked Detected or Updating at the time of purchase, this refund reason does not apply. You knew the risk when you bought it.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order id and a short description. We reply within 24 hours.
05FAQ
Is this safe? The keys are issued by the provider. We're just a storefront. Safety depends on the provider's software, which is out of our control. Every product on the site shows a status pill (Undetected / Updating / Danger) reflecting the provider's current state.
How long does the "1 Day" key actually last? 24 hours from first redemption in the provider's dashboard, not from the moment of purchase.
Can I get a key for a different game? Not right now. We only carry what's on the site. If there's a game or provider you want us to add, let us know.
Do you resell accounts? Not right now. The "Accounts" tab is coming soon.

vex.rip is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Facepunch Studios, Respawn Entertainment, Black Matter, Anti Malefactor Group, or any other game publisher. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Use of any provider's software is subject to that provider's terms of service and the game publisher's terms of service. vex.rip is not responsible for any actions taken against your account by a game publisher or platform.
By purchasing you confirm you are the intended user of the key, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that you understand the software you are purchasing modifies gameplay in ways that may result in a ban from the game publisher.
